Brewed by Japan’s famous Tamba toji - Tamba Brewers’ guilt - considered to be one of the three great brewer’s guilds of Japan. Tamba is an agricultural region well-known for sake brewers who took to sake brewing in the winter. In 2018, Karatamba celebrated its 30th anniversary.
