Kokushi Musou, also known as Thirteen Orphans, is one of the highest-scoring hands in the game of Mahjong. It consists of one of each of the 13 different terminal tiles in the game, along with a duplicate of any one of those terminal tiles. This hand is extremely rare and difficult to achieve, but is worth a large number of points if successfully completed. It is considered a very prestigious and impressive hand in the world of Mahjong.
