Nabeshima The Third Brewing is a special Japanese sake produced by the historic brewery Fukuchiyo Shuzo in Saga Prefecture. The brewing process incorporates a unique technique in which part of the mash is replaced with sake itself (known as the Kijoshu method), resulting in a rich umami flavor with deep, honey- and caramel-like sweetness.
It is best enjoyed slightly chilled and pairs beautifully with a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, grilled fish, and grilled meats.
